## What It Does

Ingredivo solves the food label compliance bottleneck: when a supplier changes an ingredient specification, every affected product label must be updated, verified, and re-approved. Today this is manual, error-prone, and slow. Ingredivo automates the entire chain.

## Core Capabilities

- **AI Spec Extraction**: Ingests supplier PDFs and images, extracts structured data (ingredients, allergens, declarations) with confidence scoring. Human review before approval.
- **Change Detection**: Side-by-side diff of old vs. new supplier spec versions. Highlights added allergens, removed ingredients, changed declarations.
- **Three-Source Allergen Assessment**: Evaluates each allergen from recipe composition, facility cross-contamination, and supplier raw-material cross-contamination. Generates "Contains:" and "May contain:" statements.
- **Impact Dashboard**: Instantly identifies every recipe and finished product affected by an ingredient change.
- **Label Generation**: EU 1169/2011 and FDA-compliant labels generated from versioned data with correct allergen emphasis (bold/uppercase).
- **Technical Data Sheets (TDS)**: Full product specification documents for retailers and auditors. Five data sections, maker-checker approval, PDF export.
- **Immutable Audit Trail**: Every version preserved permanently. Every action logged with actor and timestamp. Full traceability for BRCGS/IFS audits.
